YEMINAH may provide search, indoor directions, estimated walking information, venue directories, accessibility-related route preferences, business information, offers, reviews, contribution tools and account features.

Coverage differs by venue. Some destinations may be searchable before trusted routing geometry exists. YEMINAH may therefore show that a place is known but not yet routable rather than fabricate a path.

YEMINAH is a convenience and wayfinding service, not an emergency, safety-critical or life-safety system. Conditions inside venues can change without notice.

• Follow posted signs, venue staff instructions, emergency procedures and physical barriers.
• Do not rely on YEMINAH for emergency evacuation, medical emergencies, fire response or security instructions.
• Routes, floor information, opening hours, queues, accessibility conditions and estimated times may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
• Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you from your surroundings.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Guest navigation may remain available where the product supports it.

You may be able to submit corrections, photos, observations, reviews, accessibility information, storefront identifications, queue information or other venue-related contributions.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant YEMINAH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, analyze, reproduce, adapt, display and use that content to operate, improve, verify and map the Service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not intentionally submit false, unlawful, infringing or privacy-invasive material.

Submitting information does not guarantee that it becomes published map truth. YEMINAH may verify, down-rank, reject, remove or retain it as evidence only.

Camera, location, motion, Bluetooth, nearby-device or similar permissions are requested only when a feature needs them and the platform permits them. You control device permissions. Do not photograph people, restricted areas or sensitive information where doing so is prohibited or inappropriate.

Offers, discounts, opening hours, inventory, prices and merchant terms are controlled by the applicable merchant or source. Unless YEMINAH expressly states otherwise, YEMINAH is not the seller of third-party goods or services. Merchant terms, eligibility requirements and expiry rules may apply.

• Do not interfere with, probe, overload or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not scrape or extract data at scale without authorization.
• Do not manipulate reviews, contribution scores, offer eligibility, location evidence or account systems.
• Do not use the Service to track, identify or profile another person without lawful authority.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content or content that infringes another person's rights.

The Service, software, YEMINAH brand, product design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party venue, merchant, map and brand content remains owned by its respective owners.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, venues, accounts or parts of the Service, including where required for safety, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention or product changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that all venue data, routes, positioning, offers or third-party information will always be accurate, complete or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YEMINAH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, third-party venues, merchants, inaccurate third-party information, device limitations or circumstances outside YEMINAH's reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated violations of these Terms or risk to users, venues or the Service.

The legal operator, contact details and any jurisdiction-specific contracting terms applicable to a production deployment will be identified on the Legal & Contact page or in the applicable business agreement. If local law grants you mandatory rights, those rights are not waived by these Terms.
