Accessibility Statement

YEMINAH is intended to help people navigate complex physical environments, so accessibility is a core product requirement. We aim to make our digital services usable by people with a wide range of visual, hearing, motor and cognitive abilities.

1. Accessibility standard

For services offered in Israel, YEMINAH aims to conform to the applicable requirements of Israeli Standard 5568 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, together with any other accessibility obligations that apply to the relevant service. This statement does not claim that every YEMINAH surface has already completed a formal accessibility audit.

2. Measures we design for

  • Keyboard-operable navigation and controls where the web platform supports them.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and accessible names for interactive controls.
  • Screen-reader-compatible text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Readable contrast, scalable text and responsive layouts.
  • Reduced-motion behavior where motion is not essential.
  • Clear status and error messages that do not rely on color alone.
  • Route preferences such as avoiding stairs where verified accessible alternatives are available.

3. Indoor-navigation limitations

Accessibility information inside a physical venue can change. Elevators, ramps, accessible entrances, toilets or corridors may be unavailable or temporarily blocked. YEMINAH should not present an accessibility route as verified unless the supporting venue data and route geometry meet the required confidence threshold. Follow venue signage and staff instructions when conditions differ from the app.

4. Assistive technologies

YEMINAH is being designed for use with modern browsers, keyboard navigation and common assistive technologies. Device-specific native capabilities may differ between iOS, Android and the web.

5. Known gaps and continuous improvement

YEMINAH is an evolving product and some pre-release, prototype, third-party or venue-provided content may not yet meet every accessibility target. We prioritize issues that block navigation, account access, critical information or core user actions.

6. Accessibility feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please use the contact route on the Legal & Contact page and include the page or feature, what happened, the device/browser or assistive technology used, and the adjustment you need. We will use that information to investigate and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

7. Physical accessibility arrangements

YEMINAH itself is a digital service and may display information supplied by third-party venues. Physical accessibility arrangements, including parking, entrances, toilets, elevators and service counters, are controlled by the relevant venue. Where we publish venue-specific accessibility information, we aim to identify the venue as the source or distinguish verified information from unverified contributions.
