1. Product identity
YEMINAH is the public product and company-facing brand used for the indoor-navigation and venue-discovery service. The final production legal-operator name, registered address and company-registration details must be published here before broad commercial launch if they are not already shown in the applicable contract or checkout flow.
2. Contact routes
Until a dedicated public support address is configured, users should use the support or contact channel shown inside the Service or the applicable business agreement.
For a legal, privacy or accessibility request, include enough information for us to understand the request without sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Privacy requests
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or other privacy rights should identify the account or interaction involved and the right you wish to exercise. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
4. Accessibility requests
Accessibility feedback should identify the page or feature, the barrier encountered, the device/browser or assistive technology used and the adjustment or alternative requested. See the Accessibility Statement.
5. Intellectual-property notices
If you believe content available through YEMINAH infringes your rights, provide a description of the protected work, the material at issue, its location in the Service, your contact information and a statement explaining the basis of your claim. We may request additional information needed to evaluate the notice.
6. Security reports
Do not publicly disclose credentials, personal information or an exploitable security issue before giving YEMINAH a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Security testing must not access data belonging to others, disrupt the Service or exceed authorization.
7. Third-party venues and businesses
Venue names, store names, logos, offers, operating information and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in YEMINAH does not necessarily imply ownership, endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
8. Related policies
Use of YEMINAH is also subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Accessibility Statement.
